Why this session

2026 is becoming another K-shaped story — this time in productivity, not just income. A few professionals caught the new AI early and are running fast; most feel hesitant and unsure where to start. Irina's conviction: the divide isn't talent — it's a missing first step, taken safely. This session is that step: watch AI complete real work live — including tasks the audience submits at the door — learn to delegate it with guardrails, and join the rising arm of the K with the skills that stay impossible to replace.

What you'll leave with

  • A plain-language grasp of what changed in AI this year, and how to spot the highest-value opportunities in your own week.
  • The delegation skill: handing AI a task with clear steps and a finish line, then judging results like a manager, with commonsense privacy guardrails.
  • The ability to recognize "AI slop" on sight — and a six-lens quality check so AI-assisted work earns credibility instead of spending it.
  • A concrete four-move plan for the following week, with free toolkits to execute it.

Speakers

Irina Grak leads incentives strategy and competitive intelligence at Genesis Motor America, after a decade-plus at General Motors' Cadillac organization. Over the past year she has rebuilt her team's work with AI at the center — the playbook she presented at the Women Automotive Summit Detroit 2026 — and teaches practical AI adoption as creator of the AI Career Toolkit, Loop Library, and Slide Toolkit.

Katya Ivahno works in investor relations and finance at one of the world's largest solar companies, presenting to major institutional investors — Blackstone among them — the materials they use to quickly assess the state of their investments. An audience that decides in minutes builds a practiced eye for what makes work persuasive — and what reads as machine-made.
